How do I place an online order?

Shopping at www.FuzzyFreckles.com is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

  1. Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Bag button.
  2. You can choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
  3. Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.

The checkout process is simple. Review all the items and the quantities listed. If you wish to modify the quantity of one item, change the quantity you would like to receive and then click on the "Update" button. If you would like to remove an item from your bag, click the remove checkbox next to the item name and then click on the "Update" button.

If you have a  Gift Certificate that can be used with your current purchase, enter the Gift Certificate code in the box. Once you have entered the Gift Certificate code, click on the "Apply" button to apply the promotion to the items in your bag. You are now ready to proceed with your checkout. Click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.

If you a returning customer, click on the "Sign in" button. If you are new customer to FuzzyFreckles.com, click on the "Register" button.

If you would like not to register, click on "Checkout as quest" button.

Once you are done with the registration process, you will be able to continue with the checkout process.

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • The address you want to ship to
  • You preferred shipping method (for shipping information, click here)
  • Your credit card information for payment.

The confirmation page of the checkout process will review the billing and shipping address, the payment information and the items purchased. Click on the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page to finalize your purchase. Your order will not go through if you do not click on "Confirm" button.

You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

Why do I lose items in my shopping cart?

If you are registered user and sign in into our website while shopping, your Shopping Bag and Wish List will be saved if you sign out or close your web browser; just sign back in to retrieve it. Please note that if you are a registered user and not sign in into our site, your shopping session will automatically be terminated when you close out of your web browser and the contents of your Shopping Bag will be emptied.

Please note that a product can be removed from a customer's shopping bag if it was saved in the bag during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the bag in the next session.

 If you are non-registered user and not sign in into our website, when you close your web browser while shopping, your shopping session will be automatically terminated in order to protect you. This means that you will be sign out of our site and the contents of your Shopping Bag will be emptied. Additionally, you may empty the contents of your Shopping Bag by "removing" them.

What size is the right size?

Select the right size using our Size Chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.

How do I pay for my order?

For your convenience, we accept PayPal. If you do not have PayPal account you can make a payment by Debit, VISA or Master Card as a PayPal Guest. Simply select PayPal as method of payment, choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" and pay with debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest.

If you use PayPal eCheck, order can only be shipped until we receive cleared payment. Paypal cleares you check within 6-8 business days, so expect delays.

We do not accept payment by check, money order, or cash. You are responsible for adhering to the Terms and Conditions of the payment method you select.

Is my credit card secure?

We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our server. For instance, when credit card information is transmitted, we use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. SSL is considered to be among the most secure ways to do business through the internet. When SSL is active, it will display (depending on your software) a closed lock or an unbroken key, letting you know that the information you input will be secure. The protection of your personal information is important to Fuzzy Freckles, and as a result, we do not accept orders via email.

How quickly will my order be processed?

All orders received before 12:00pm (PT) Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days of payment verification. Standard delivery takes 3 to 12 business days after order processing.

If you use PayPal eCheck, order can only be shipped until we receive cleared payment. Paypal cleares you check within 6-8 business days, so expect delays.

Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
